Colchester Castle’s magical grotto is now taking bookings
Colchester Castle is thrilled to announce it is now taking bookings for the Castle’s magical grotto. Following months of planning, Father Christmas has confirmed he will be visiting the Castle on various dates from the 3rd to the 23rd December, ready to greet the city’s excited children!
Councillor Pam Cox, Portfolio Holder for Culture and Heritage, said: “Expect plenty of festive cheer, fun with the cheeky elves, and of course that special moment when the children can whisper all their secret Christmas wishes. Father Christmas will also make sure the children go home with a special gift made by his hardworking elves.”

Just £7.95 for children, including gift. Booking lines will be open Mon-Sat 10.00-17.00 and Sun 11.00-17.00.
